I highly think it is time for people to focus on their own Digg popularity instead of trolling people! What’s the problem? Are people that pissed off because the submissions they submit to Digg suck and can’t hit the front page?
I have to say I read the biggest load of bullshit in a long time over on Digg.com. No! I am not going to link to the submission so it can gain more traffic. To me it was nothing more but the shittiest attempt at trolling I have seen in a long time.
All this bullshit is terrible and fucking absolutely ridiculous. People get a fucking life. Work on your own popularity. The top Diggers are TOP DIGGERS FOR A REASON! THEIR SUBMISSIONS DO NOT SUCK! FRIENDS ARE FRIENDS FOR A FUCKING REASON!
How about this? Why don’t you guys ask these guys for pointers? Thats what I did, and they were more than happy to help!

I completely agree w/ u, Jay. Unfortunately, people in top positions don’t always get pats on the back. Adversaries are watching their every move, waiting for them to make a single mistake. Part of competition is pulling the top person down. This was just another attempt at doing it. What these trolls didn’t realize is that Mr. BabyMan has a lot of support from people who respect him and appreciate his hard work on the site.

Yeah… it sucks.
It is the laws of nature that if the top guys were shady or crap… they would have been banned long ago… or people would stop digging their stuff.
If they ban all the top guys, we’ll be left with only the power scammers who are on the take or using their power to promote shit.
The reaction here is ignorant and completely ridiculous… I am far, far from a top Digg user who makes the home page every day.. but I’m clued-in enough to understand how much hard work, quality content finding, and reputation-building that takes!

I totally agree. I have seen these people in real life and now here; they don’t understand how much time and commitment it takes to be popular and are jealous of those who succeed.
Also I think these people are not aware what TOP diggers submit. They really don’t promote any sites but submit good stuff from sites I would never have found.
Without the top people Digg has absolutely nothing of interest to offer!

Agreed. I’ve being attacking some of them directly. But there’s just no point. Jealousy needs nothing to feed on except itself and it just keeps getting worse.
It’s come up before,and then died down. This time around though there seems to be a serious push to go after all the top diggers.
Sooner or later people will work out that top diggers are on top for a reason. Digg is popular for multiple reasons and part of that is that the top diggers find stuff that people like.. That however is too much for some of the idiots to comprehend.. Besides It gives them an excuse for why there stuff doesn’t make the front page.. And avoids them having to deal with the fact that (most of) their own stuff is self promoting crap..
