We have all seen the news. We have all heard the stories, some good, some bad. The mainstream media loves to stir up emotions of fear and anger, yet, the do not always have the entire story.
By lurking on websites and watching and listening, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that Anonymous, is not a solidified group. By solidified I mean they have no real leader. They act on their own under the guise of “Anonymous” posters or submitters. I am no super journalist by any means nor would I ever claim to be, but main stream media journalists fail to investigate fully. They see a story and pounce on it like a Tiger. Do you think a Tiger has a plan? Does a Tiger use strategy? No. Some mainstream journalists would find it in their best interests to investigate instead of pounce.
From what I have seen Anonymous is everywhere and could be anyone. They are the ones who sometimes say what you have been dying to say. Anons (Anonymous Members) do not always agree with each other. So one group might be focusing on one project while other Anons have their attention devoted elsewhere. You never know what, when, or where the guise of Anonymous has allowed a group or groups of people to do, until it is over. But lets take a look at something shall we?
Some Anons love to catch child predators. They lurk on child predator sites acting the roll of child bait to lure or entice a pedophile into a trap. They get the info on the pedophile then publish it. Most Anons focus on the Scientology and taking them down completely. There are other things Anonymous likes to do but, you need to investigate for yourselves.
Anonymous does not like it when governments or organizations try to pull the wool over the publics eyes. So, they lash out and ensure the information is out there. When they find a target, especially one most Anons will want to attack, it becomes a world of hurt for that target. Members from around the WORLD unite in a cause. Just ask Scientology.
Now we are all hearing the bullshit that Anonymous was behind the Sarah Palin e-mail hack. Not true. A hacker used some easy Social Engineering to gain access to the Palin account. The hacker then proceeded to screen shot the account and post the information on a well known website that members of Anonymous frequent. Contained in the e-mails was proof that the Governor of Alaska was using a private e-mail account to conduct Government business. Such an e-mail account can be hidden from public view and all underhanded dealings could be swept away without a trace. This Governor should have been using her .gov account to handle this business. Once Anonymous saw this they began circulating the information, proving that the Citizen CIA is watching.
Other times Anonymous has obtained information about illegal aliens in Great Britain. “What the big deal about that you may ask?” They are American Scientologists spreading the cultish religion in Great Britain while being there illegally. According to the video released by Anonymous, the documentation proving this was carelessly discarded by one of the members of the church of Scientology involved in this illegal activity.
So while some of their tactics and antics might leave a bad taste in some peoples mouths, and I do not always agree with them, I think Anonymous is doing one hell of a job and I support them. Like it or not they are our own Citizen CIA.
